2nd we looking for the 3+ bedroom houses to rent out to workersÂ
3rd we are looking to rent any business on a ongoing bases so if there is a sandwich business up for sale we will take it if there are any restaurants for sale we will take them on
4th we also have people who will do
gardening, painting, baby sitting, carpet cleaning, house cleaning,sign language teaching, dog walking, laundry service, office cleaning  Â
We rent these houses from the Landlords on a ten year rent to rent contract
