Eligibility

This category is open to:

  • Female videographers or filmmakers based in the United Kingdom
  • Professionals working full-time, part-time, freelance, or self-employed
  • Individuals with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience
  • Videographers operating across any genre (commercial, documentary, digital, wedding, corporate, fashion, etc.)
  • Professionals who have achieved notable success within the qualifying period

Nominees may self-nominate or be nominated by clients, agencies, employers, or industry peers.

Judging criteria

Judges will assess submissions based on:

  • Creative & Cinematic Excellence: Quality of storytelling, direction, and artistic vision
  • Technical Mastery: Cinematography, editing, sound design, and production value

Judges will consider:

  • Storytelling depth and emotional impact
  • Brand positioning and creative identity
  • Client testimonials and project case studies
  • Contribution to representation and inclusion
  • Adaptability in evolving digital platforms

Metrics

Entrants are encouraged to provide measurable data such as:

  • Revenue growth (year-on-year)
  • Audience growth and engagement metrics
  • Video views, watch time, and completion rates
  • Campaign ROI or measurable business impact
  • Subscriber or follower growth
  • Awards, recognitions, or media features
  • Production milestones or high-profile projects
  • Workshop delivery or mentoring contributions
