The Bournemouth Business Leaders Award 2025 showcase the accounting talent across the region and celebrate the impact that expertly designed and executed accountancy tactics and strategies make to the growth of a business, client firm, or individual. The award categories are open to everyone involved in accountancy within the region, from outstanding trainees to managing partners of accountancy firms. The purpose of the awards is to recognise and appreciate the efforts made by individuals, teams, or firms who have created value in the lives of their colleagues, company, or client business, and to celebrate the successes of those organisations, teams, and individuals who have excelled in their field within the region. Our award categories reflect the breadth of specialisms and roles across the profession. The criteria given in the guide should be treated as a reference by entrants when reviewing award categories, but are not intended to be exhaustive. Entrants are invited to mention any other points they feel strengthen their entry.
